Bluefin Exteriors, LLC is looking for motivated sales representatives to help grow our residential and commercial roofing business.

We’re looking for dependable people who communicate well, take initiative, and follow through with customers—from the first conversation through project completion.

Areas of interest:

• Tuscaloosa / Northport
• Birmingham area (including Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, Trussville, and Pinson)
• Montgomery area
• Demopolis / Greensboro / Linden
• Other Alabama communities—tell us where you would like to work

Represent Bluefin Exteriors by building relationships with homeowners, property owners, and businesses that need roofing services.

Our services include roof replacements, roof repairs, commercial roofing, metal roofing, and roof coatings.

• Generate business through door knocking, networking, referrals, and local outreach.
• Speak with prospective customers and schedule roof inspections.
• Coordinate with Bluefin on inspections, estimates, and proposals.
• Follow up with customers and explain available roofing options.
• Keep accurate records of prospects, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers and our team throughout each project.
• Represent Bluefin professionally and honestly.

Generating your own opportunities is an important part of this role. Applicants should be comfortable prospecting and building a local customer base.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Dependability, initiative, and consistent follow-through.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Comfort working outdoors and meeting customers in person.
• Roofing, construction, insurance-restoration, or outside-sales experience is helpful.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity. Compensation, territory, equipment needs, and working arrangements will be discussed during the interview and provided in a written agreement before starting.
